I made today a smart pasta sauce. This is all leftovers from the Holidays: ham (or your choice of turkey, duck, chicken), zucchini, sun dried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, gravy, on the top cheese (parmiggiano, goat cheese, your choice). Make a sauce and cook your favourite pasta. Or make a soup adding potaoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, celery, you decide. DELICIOUS and no need for shopping. More ideas coming.
